How do I register for a Corporate Membership?
Please use the following link for membership registration https://corporate.goodlifefitness.com
The enrollment process takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
You will be prompted to Log In or Sign Up for a ‘My GoodLife’ account on the Member Site. If you have never created a ‘My GoodLife’ account, you will need to Sign Up using a personal email and creating a password. Please retain this information to access the Member Site for Club information/schedules and to log in for membership renewals. If you have a ‘My GoodLife’ account, please Log In with your email and password.
Once the above is completed you will be taken to the Company/Organization authentication process. For Company/Organization please enter ARNM followed by your ARNM Registration Number.
Please have your payment information and GoodLife Fitness membership number or key tag barcode if you are transferring an existing membership to this Corporate Membership. If you also wish to enroll up to four family members for memberships, please have their information available before you begin the registration process. You will be emailed a copy of your membership agreement(s) once the online registration process is completed.
What is the Corporate Membership rate?

What are my payment options for this Corporate Membership Program?
Payment for the Annual Corporate Membership option is required up front, and in-full, by credit card during the enrollment process. Payments for the No Commitment Corporate Membership option are made through a pre-authorized bi-weekly deduction from your personal bank or credit union account. If you are an existing GoodLife Fitness member transferring to this corporate membership we will match your current payment schedule with the updated corporate membership rate.
Can I cancel or place my Corporate Membership on hold?
The Annual Corporate Membership is a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled or placed on hold. The No Commitment Corporate Membership option (bi-weekly rate) can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice or can be placed on hold for a maximum of 6 months for a fee. Either can be requested at our Clubs or through our Corporate Member Experience Department, toll-free, at 1-800-287-4631.
Are existing GoodLife Fitness non-corporate members eligible for this offer?
Yes. If you would like to transfer your membership to a corporate membership though this Program, GoodLife Fitness will waive the regular $99 membership buyout fee. You will need to register for your Corporate Membership online (as instructed above) and complete the area with your existing membership details (your membership number or key tag barcode number) so we can automatically update your membership with your new corporate rate. You can continue to use the GoodLife Fitness membership key tag you have for access to the Clubs with your new Corporate Membership.
Will my current membership payments stop when I transfer to a Corporate Membership?
Your payment information will be updated to the new corporate rate automatically (if No Commitment Corporate Membership option is chosen) and will be withdrawn on your current payment schedule through the account information you provided previously. This can take up to ten business days to process. If you see more than one payment withdrawn at the old (non-corporate) rate, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or toll-free, at 1-800-287-4631.
If I enroll online today when will I have access to the Club?
I am a new GoodLife Fitness Member…
Your new membership key tag will be available at any GoodLife Fitness Club immediately after registration. Simply visit the Club of your choice and mention you are there to pick up your new key tag. You will be required to show photo ID when you do so.
I am an existing GoodLife Fitness Member transferring to a Corporate Membership …
If you are an existing GoodLife Fitness Member and already have a GoodLife Fitness key tag, you do not need a new tag and can continue to use the Club as usual.
Can I go to any GoodLife Fitness location with my Corporate Membership?
Yes, your GoodLife Fitness membership gives you access to 250+ GoodLife Fitness clubs in Canada. Your Corporate Membership also provides you with short term access to both Énergie Cardio Clubs in Quebec and 24 Hour Fitness Clubs in the USA. For more information on this please visit a Club near you. If you are a Quebec resident and wish to use Énergie Cardio as your primary workout location, you will receive the same short-term access to GoodLife Fitness Clubs.
Is Towel Service included in my Corporate Membership?
Yes, Towel Service is included in your corporate membership, however not every GoodLife Fitness location offers Towel Service. Please ask an Associate at your Club if they offer Towel Service.
Are my family Members eligible for this offer?
Yes, a benefit of the Corporate Membership Program is the opportunity to purchase up to four corporate memberships for eligible family members. Eligible family members include your spouse, extended family at or over the age of majority, child(ren) or any minor under your guardianship (12 years-of-age or older). You must register yourself first into the GoodLife Fitness Corporate Program before you can register family members for memberships. All payments for family member Corporate Memberships – including any added amenities (such as Tanning, Hot Yoga, etc.) – will be withdrawn from your account, or for Annual Corporate Memberships, paid up front and in-full by credit card.
Is there a minimum age to join GoodLife Fitness?
The minimum age to join GoodLife is 12-years-old. A parent or legal guardian is required to sign for anyone under the age of majority in each province. All members under the age of 18 need to complete a series of Orientations called a Youth Passport in order to help familiarize themselves with, and get comfortable, in the Club. This is available at no additional cost. To get started with the Youth Passport, please request an appointment at any GoodLife Fitness Club.
How do I renew my Corporate Membership?
If you purchase an Annual Corporate Membership (pay up front and in-full), an email will be sent to the personal email you used upon enrollment 35 days prior to the expiry date. Once you receive this email please visit https://corporate.goodlifefitness.com to renew. Note that renewals cannot be completed more than 35 days prior to a membership’s expiry date. If you choose the No Commitment Corporate Membership (pay bi-weekly) there is no renewal notification and this membership type will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel, or are no longer eligible for the Corporate Membership Program.
Is Personal Training or Group Training available? Is it included with my Corporate Membership?
GoodLife Fitness offers Personal Training and Group Training at many of our Clubs for an additional cost. Please speak with an Associate at the Club(s) for more details on our Personal Training and Group Training options.
Can I add Hot Yoga or other paid services to my Corporate Membership?
Yes you can. These services cannot be added through the Online Corporate Membership Site, or through the Corporate Wellness Office, but can be purchased and processed directly at our Clubs. As the Primary Member, you will be responsible for any additional amenities and services – such as Hot Yoga, Tanning, etc. – that are added to your family member’s memberships under this Program. Any family members you have registered under the Corporate Membership Program must be present when these services are added to their membership under the Corporate Program. Please visit www.goodlifefitness.com for a list of our locations with Hot Yoga.
What happens if my company/organization no longer offers this Program?
In the event that your company/organization no longer offers this Program, or, if you are no longer eligible to participate in the Program, GoodLife Fitness will automatically update all memberships associated with your account to a no-commitment, preferred membership rate of $25.00, plus applicable taxes, bi-weekly/membership. Any services or amenities that were added onto each membership will continue to be charged at their regular rates. You can cancel or inquire about other membership options with our Member Experience Team, toll-free, at 1-800-287-4631. There is no buyout fee charged to cancel or change this membership type. Please note this membership type does not include Towel Service. If you would like to have Towel Service added to your membership please ask at the Club.
What happens to my Corporate Membership after one year?
If you select the Annual Corporate Membership you will need to renew through the online link emailed to you prior to membership expiry (to avoid service interruption). If you select the No Commitment Corporate Membership, your membership will continue on as long as you are eligible under the Program terms or until you choose to cancel it. There is no renewal action required and pre-authorized payments will continue on your current payment schedule.
